🐾 What a Whisker weekend!🐾
Hello cat peeps! We had such a blast at the cat show this past weekend. We met many amazing rescues, crazy cat people and beautiful felines (expensive ones too). We would like to thank the dream team of volunteers behind the magic: Michele, Bonnie, Dee, Claudine, Cheryl, Darlene and an extra hug to Cat 6 Purricane, Port Orange Cats and Flagler Cats🐾
For me, this event was extraordinary important as it marks a big step towards healing almost a year after my diagnosis. We thank this community for your continuous support and please send an extra prayer for our cancer warriors out there❤️! Be safe and God bless!

Cat Show Daytona Beach 2025🐾
The biggest cat show in town and of course, our rescue “I Dream of Whiskers” will be there🐾! This is our first event in 2025 and we are extra excited to meet you all! Please come and see us and some amazing felines🐈‍⬛!

Quick updates from the rescue front🐾
Hello cat peeps😻 As you might can imagine, the situation is not pretty out there. People dump their animals (of course unfixed/unvaccinated) as soon as said animal requires a trip to the vet and they realize it cost money! Owning an animal requires maintenance almost like owning a car. I don’t think anyone out there drives a car without an oil change. Anyway, we urge pet owners to fix/vaccinate your pets. Besides not reproducing, it comes with other health benefits👍!
For the folks who know me, I usually rant in the spring to begin of kitten season, but I had a late start this year. If you like to support our mission, please do so on our website or just reach out to me. Right now, for every kitten we are adopting out, 5 new ones rolling in. Thank you all so much for letting me rant at least once a year and of course, your incredible support❤️!

Whiskers of the week - Salsa 🐾
Hello cat peeps, this little cutie patootie is available for adoption. Salsa is full of s***k and shenanigans and would be perfect in a home with kids of all ages and a gazillion toys of course. Happy weekend cat peeps! It is very busy on the rescue front. Phones are blowing up for intake, owner surrender, sick and injured animals, the list is endless.And there is this guy! Nelson ❤️. No care in the world, always up for shenanigans and if everything gets crazy around him, he purrs😎.Nelson will be available for adoption end of this month and we are accepting adoption holds. Here comes trouble ❤️ 🐾
Arthur (also known as King Arthur) is available for adoption. This little guy is a total menace and drives me bananas. He is absolutely fearless, it is his way or the highway😉. He would be perfect for a home with cat-friendly dog (s) and/or older kids as he is nuts. We believe there is the right home for every kitten, we know you are out there. Whiskers of the week - Cooper🐾
Hello cat peeps, the cutie patooties keep rolling in. Little Cooper is a good eater, but it is not his main priority during the day. Whiskers of the week - Dixie 🐾
Happy weekend cat peeps! Please meet Dixie from the first bottle litter we took in after re-opening the rescue. Little stinker is totally food-driven and pretty much the first at the food bowl. I don’t think there is any kitten food she doesn’t eat😜. Dixie is available for adoption, of course all our peeps are fully vetted, vaccinated, fixed, microchipped, dewormed and flea treated.
