Hi! Welcome to Indy’s House

Indy’s House is a home-based dog boarding space in Orland, CA, created for small to medium dogs who do best in a calm, loving, family-style environment.

There are no kennels here.
Boarding dogs live in our home, relax on the couch, enjoy daily routines, and are treated like part of the family—just like our own dog, Indigo (Indy), our speckled border collie/terrier pup who inspired it all.

We offer:
🐾 In-home boarding — no cages or runs
🐾 Small & medium dogs only
🐾 A fenced yard for off-leash play
🐾 Nearly 2 acres for structured walks, enrichment, and training
🐾 A calm, low-stress environment with limited dogs
🐾 Open and available 7 days a week

Because we specialize in smaller dogs, we’re able to provide personalized attention, consistent care, and a peaceful setting that many dogs don’t get in traditional kennel facilities.

For families with larger dogs or grooming needs, my sister owns a complementary dog boarding and grooming business just a few doors down—so together we’re able to support dogs of all sizes within our little local dog-loving community.

At Indy’s House, our goal is simple:
To give you peace of mind knowing your dog is safe, loved, and cared for like family while you’re away.

We’re always happy to schedule a meet & greet so you can see where your dog will stay and ask any questions.
