PELO can be a nervous little dog at first, he'll act a bit nippy, and put on a big show of barking, but if you sit with him, he'll just climb into your lap and try to lick your face. Pelo gets along with other dogs once he gets to know them, but he can be barky until then. Pelo will need a patient adopter, who will give him time to get comfortable; if you have the patience and love to give to a misunderstood dog, please consider Pelo, and apply to meet him today!
