🖤🐾 Sweet Jax had another wonderful day today! He’d absolutely love some visitors—no commitment needed. So far, he’s been great with kids and has shown such a gentle, sweet side with our senior girl here too. Jax would be thrilled to go on a walk (or two… or three!) and soak up some attention. He also loves being brushed and enjoys a good play session. Come spend some time with this special boy—you won’t regret it! We are located beside the landfill on Walding Road. You cant miss us. Gate will be open!

This animal will be held for a seven-day stray period and will become available for adoption on the eighth day if not claimed by its owner.

Jax is a handsome brindle pit/lab mix with a heart that’s learning how to trust again. 🥰🐾 When he first came in, he was unsure and guarded, but he’s truly blossomed here—even in a loud, stressful pound environment. That says a lot about him. ✨
He’s friendly, eating great, and has found comfort in his routine, kennel, and cozy dog house (honestly, he acts a little spoiled now—and we love that for him). 🐶❤️ Jax will need a patient home willing to continue building his trust and keep him on a routine he feels safe in. He may try to wander at first, but that’s already improving. 🏡💖
Medically, Jax will need some continued care for his eye and sensitive skin, but he’s already showing progress with proper treatment. 🩺🌟
Jax doesn’t need perfect—he just needs his person. Someone who sees past where he started and believes in where he’s going. 🙏🐾

I was able to get some one-on-one time with sweet Biscuit this morning. She is the sweetest, most laid-back little girl ever. She just wants love and attention, like all our babies do. She will be available for adoption this Friday, 06/05/26 if no one claims her. If interested, please reach out! We would love to be able to get her into her new forever home as soon as possible. She deserves a family that will love and care for her all the time.

Wiregrass Spay Neuter Alliance is a high-quality, high-volume surgical clinic. Our primary focus is spay and neuter surgery.

Vaccines and select additional services are available only at the time of surgery. We do not provide routine wellness visits, sick appointments, or full-service veterinary care.

This model allows us to:
• Maintain strict surgical protocols
• Operate efficiently and safely
• Keep costs affordable for our community
• Serve a high number of pets in need

Scheduling Information:

All appointments may be booked online through our website: wiregrassspayneuter.org.

If you do not see an appointment available for your pet type, it means that service is currently full. We encourage clients to check the website periodically, as cancellations and new openings may occur.

Some services operate by waitlist due to high demand. When appointments are full, please call 334-671-8111 and leave us a message and a telephone number with a working voicemail. We will return your call.

For ongoing wellness care, illness, diagnostics, or long-term treatment, we encourage clients to establish care with a full-service veterinary clinic.
