Labby Lane has invited me to do a group training class! This will start on September 20th at 1pm. 🐾

This class will be 5 weeks of training, going over basic obedience ( leash walking, socialization skills, recall) We can also tailor to your needs and go over other things. 🐶

Started working with an adorable cattle dog puppy today! "Jasmine is owned by a veterinarian that I have worked for for 20 years! He already has one and knows the breed really well. Jasmine is one smart girl and fun to work with. Here we are working on "Recall" and teaching her luring.

I’m officially CPR & First Aid Certified — for both humans and dogs! 🩺🐾

Whether it’s helping a person or a pup in an emergency, I’m now trained and ready to respond. This is just one more step in my commitment to safety, care, and professionalism in all that I do — especially with our furry friends!

Worked with cutie today! We learned how to properly walk on a leash and how to actually play without biting and jumping.

Max has been crate trained since I brought him home but most people don't know that I teach my dogs how to come in and out of the crate.

When you first bring your puppy home , crate train it! If it cries. Flips the crate or paws at it, that is not an excuse to stop crating your dog. Keep it up!

Here in this video I am working with Max on going in and out of the crate, you'll notice that I'm using a leash on him, while I am working with him on this, it is crucial to have a connection to your dog. You will also notice that I will do a couple repetitions of it, just like working out you will condition your dog to a certain command and behavior.

While teaching this, you will use the crate door to use as a barrier if your dog tries to come out and then when your dog waits a second and looks at you then release them and reward. Do several repetitions of this and then you can start adding in your word.

Everyone welcome "Max" he is going to go through my extensive Board and Train. Some of you may recognize this boy, that's because he is my dog 🤣

I fostered Max when I was around 7 months pregnant from a local rescue and then decided to adopt him right before having a baby lol . Yep I had a infant and a puppy at the same time.

Typically I would not recommend a newborn and a puppy but that is why he is going into boot camp lol
I have taught Max basic stuff but now it's time to get really trained 😉

I will post updates and you can follow along as I'll give tips too!

Side note** We have no idea what is growing in our yard 😂 it just popped up recently... We're hoping it's squash!
We think it's reminits from us feeding our pig vegetables and started this little wild garden 😁 stay tuned for that as well 😉
