We’re back! Leaf Tailed Poison is vending the New Jersey Reptile Expo May 2nd & 3rd in Middletown, NJ. Two full days! This is our biggest show yet with our largest selection ever. Tons of plant cuttings and faux rocks for your builds. We're looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones.

After much request our Mini Round Ventilated Feeding/Access Hatchs are here! Just like our Large versions they are available in three colors. Black, White and Aqua. The mini allows for 1 1/2" opening and is easily installed with 2" hole saw, 1/8 drill bit and 3mm hex wrench.

Frogs here are loving their FrogDaddy clay baths! Including this Ameerega trivittata 'Yellow'. Not only do they create an enriching activity for your frogs, they are loaded with calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, cobalt, and potassium that can be absorbed transdermally much like they would these minerals in the wild.

Ameerega bassleri 'Yellow' - a stunning species from Tarapoto, Peru. These beautiful frogs are a rare find in the hobby, but we're working hard to crack the code on breeding and produce offspring.

A new project is underway! We're excited to announce the addition of a new breeding project at Leaf Tailed Poison: Geoemyda spengleri! Earlier this month I welcomed three young turtles, roughly 1 year old, into our family. As these turtles are still young and have a lot of time till they mature, we'll be taking this time to perfect their care, husbandry, and overall understanding of these funny and bold little turtles. We'll be sharing our experiences and insights along the way, so stay tuned for updates! 🐢💚
