Ameerega bassleri 'Yellow' - a stunning species from Tarapoto, Peru. These beautiful frogs are a rare find in the hobby, but we're working hard to crack the code on breeding and produce offspring.

A new project is underway! We're excited to announce the addition of a new breeding project at Leaf Tailed Poison: Geoemyda spengleri! Earlier this month I welcomed three young turtles, roughly 1 year old, into our family. As these turtles are still young and have a lot of time till they mature, we'll be taking this time to perfect their care, husbandry, and overall understanding of these funny and bold little turtles. We'll be sharing our experiences and insights along the way, so stay tuned for updates! 🐢💚

After lots of patience, it has finally happened! Our first Uroplatus phantasticus has hatched here at Leaf Tailed Poison! We're beyond thrilled and grateful for the journey that brought us to this moment. Huge thanks to everyone who's supported us along the way. And the excitement doesn't stop here... we've got many more eggs in the incubator, so stay tuned for more updates! Can't wait to see what's next for these little ones!
