Welcome to healthy living...
We are a small family bee apiary in Olathe, KS. We practice natural beekeeping so that we can bring you Raw Honey from happy well-adjusted bees! Tim leads the bee keeping operation while Barbara packages and promotes our golden product.
We are using a revolutionary new method of honey harvesting which is very gentle on the bees and promotes honey production. First, we watch our bees build their comb and collect nectar and pollen as in traditional hives. When the bees have capped their honey in the comb, we collect it from our new Flow Hives®. With this method there is no need for filtering or mixing our honey into one collection vessel. Our process allows for us to draw the honey in the order that the bees stored it. Because of this our jars of honey will have a distinct aroma and flavor based on the nectar source that was flowing at the time the bees made their honey.
