This man right here was my world. He passed away in a car accident at 10pm last night. I will post an update when our family has funeral plans. I love him so much and I know everyone dose to. Me and the girls are alive damaged but alive. Summer’s best friend was life flighted to Lubbock for further observation and our prayer are with her and her family. Tyson’s family have been a god sent in these past few hours. Thank you so much to everyone who has already gotten the news and reaching out.

Introducing Mai’a, our newest addition here at RT Royals — a beautiful Coral Glow female from . Her name means “banana” in Hawaiian, which is a perfect fit for her bright yellow tones. 🍌

She’s fresh out of shed, settled in, and looking incredible. We’re excited to work with her in the seasons ahead.

From hatch day to his third shed, this little male has only gotten better.
What I believe to be Orange Dream • Enchi • Red Stripe • Pinstripe, he’s showing richer oranges, cleaner striping, and sharper contrast than ever before.

Watching a hatchling mature like this is one of the most rewarding parts of breeding — you get to see their potential unfold shed by shed. 🐍

🐍 Unexpected visitor this morning!
We found this little rattlesnake right under our garage door. While some might see danger first, we see an important piece of our local ecosystem.

Instead of harming it, we’re relocating it to a safe area far away from people, giving it a much better chance of avoiding human contact in the future. 🏞️

Rattlesnakes play a huge role in keeping rodent populations in check — a healthy ecosystem needs its predators.
If you ever encounter one, keep a safe distance, and call a professional for relocation.

Before shedding, I always bump the humidity to help ensure a clean, one-piece shed. This makes the process easier for the snake and avoids stuck shed issues.
