Achieving the proper position can be the most difficult riding goal to accomplish. Focusing on:

🐴heels down

🐴eyes up

🐴shoulders tall

🐴evenly distributed weight

🐴body alignment

🐴relaxed elbows

🐴and much more

….can be intimidating!

Believe it or not, the rider in these photos was able to tremendously improve her position during one lesson. But of course, lots of practice allows those skills to become second nature 🐴
