The reason microgreens are so valuable is due to the fact that they’re more nutrient dense than mature leaves.
The process for growing microgreens involves buying new seed every time you need a new round of micros, but NOT with the Moringa tree. No sir, we get microgreens all warm/hot season long without having to buy/plant new seed. The reason is this:
Moringa is a cut & come again provider. When you harvest (via cutting off the heads- video below on how to do this/keep your tree bushy) it developes new growth. We have the choice to let that new growth become bigger branches or harvest the new growth i.e. microgreens. You can have both mature leaves and new growth/microgreens, regularly!
The next round of young Moringa trees are lookin good… Getting strong! Message or comment “Moringa tree” to reserve yours for your family’s food garden!
