We are in the process of regrouping and want to do good things in the world of dog. I expect to be the only one actively involved. If this is the case I will use my own money to spay/neuter one of each per month. I know this is not much, but in my world it is a worthwhile situation and will make me glad I could contribute. This is a curtesy post. These pups are looking for their forever home. The person that has them is unable to care for them much longer. I know there is a God out there in the universe. Hi friends, I never thought I would be asking this but we don’t have many other options. I am needing to rehome my two furbabies, Gus and Rosie. They are brother and sister Great Pyrenees/Newfoundland mix and just turned 8 yrs old on August 29th and each weigh 120 lbs with a lot of shedding. Please share or reach out if you are interested. They are well behaved, would prefer not to be around other animals, and would prefer a family with older kids and a large fenced in yard. They must stay together❤️

I am sick of hearing “it’s just a dog”. My dog is probably smarter than many people I know. He doesn’t judge me and loves me unconditionally. He lets me know when he wants to go out, when he wants to go to bed, when he is hungry,happy or sad. My dog hs a brain, and he is not afraid to use it.

We can only imagine in our minds the kind of existence before they come into rescue. Once in a while, some of the puzzle will surface and often times our made up story is the only one they have. I could tell you that as puppies, Ned and Nettie were loved. I can also tell you they did not get those names until they were brought into a small town kill shelter. In our imaginary story, they both had a wonderful life up to a certain point. Maybe that stopped after they were 8 weeks old, maybe 6 months. No one will step up to confirm or deny at what point they lost the love of their human.

Well, Vern adopted a Boxer from us years ago. When the Boxer passed, he got in contact with me to tell me. He said at some point he wanted another boxer. I sent him a pic of Drako and he agreed to meet him. It was love at first sight. Vern had him about 3-4 months but then he was sent away. His dad said he would take care of Drako until Vern came back. Well, he ended up falling and broke ribs. His daughter called me and said Drako needed to go. That’s when he went to Lloyds. I thought Lloyd was going to adopt him but they never bonded. Then we posted him, you were the only app I got on him. And guess what! God sent him to you! And he needed to go there to get to you!
