🏆🎉 WE HAVE A WINNER!!! AND WOW… WHAT A FINISH!!! 🎉🏆

First off, can we just say HOLY COW!!! 🐶🐱🐐❤️

The turnout for our $500 Pet Photo Contest was absolutely INCREDIBLE! We had so many adorable faces, some seriously competitive pet parents, and a race that came down to the VERY LAST MINUTE! 😂🔥

In fact, things got so close that we ended up with a TIEBREAKER! And let us tell you… that was a NAIL-BITER right up until the end! 😳🏁

🥁🥁🥁 DRUMROLL PLEASE…

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO KYRA HOLLAND AND HER SWEET BOY KINGSTON!!! 🏆🐾💙

And here’s the kicker… OUR WINNER IS ALL THE WAY IN ALABAMA!!! 🤯🎉

That’s right! A little pet photo contest started right here in Denton, Texas, and our grand prize winner is representing ALABAMA! How awesome is that?!

Kyra, congratulations!!! You’ve officially won our $500 GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE!

💵 $200 CASH

✂️ $150 toward Paw Control grooming services

🏡 $150 toward boarding at Club Canine by Paw Control

Since you’re joining us from out of state, please send our page a private message so we can coordinate the best way to get your $200 cash prize to you and discuss your grooming and boarding credits!

❤️ BUT WAIT… WE’RE NOT DONE!!! ❤️

We have to give a VERY SPECIAL shoutout to Kimberly Escobedo and her sweet pup Nube!!! 🐶💕

The amount of support, shares, reactions, and engagement these two contestants were able to rally was absolutely INSANE! You both made this one heck of a competition, and we genuinely appreciate the excitement you brought to it!

And because this race was SO incredibly close, we just can’t walk away without doing a little something extra! 😉

🎁 SURPRISE!!! WE’RE THROWING IN A RUNNER-UP PRIZE!!! 🎁

Kimberly, please message us as well! We’d love to put together a little something special for you and Nube, whether that’s grooming services through Paw Control, mobile grooming, or something at our Club Canine by Paw Control ranch if you’re local!

🐾 TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO PARTICIPATED… THANK YOU!!! 🐾

Whether you entered your dog, cat, goat, horse, or another beloved member of your family, shared the contest, tagged friends, or simply showed some love to the contestants, YOU helped make this such a fun event!

As a family-owned business, seeing this kind of support and community involvement means more to us than you know.

From all of us at Paw Control and Club Canine by Paw Control, THANK YOU for making this contest such a success! ❤️

And judging by how competitive this one got… something tells us we’re going to have to do this again! 😂🔥

CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN TO KINGSTON, KYRA, NUBE, AND KIMBERLY!!! 🏆🐾🎉

Much love from your Paw Control family right here in Denton, Texas! 💙💛

🚨🐾🔥 OAK POINT, TEXAS!!! THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT!!! 🔥🐾🚨

Y’ALL!!! CAN WE GIVE OUR GIRL ALYSSA A HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE?! 👏👏👏❤️

While we were back at Club Canine by Paw Control taking care of our boarding babies, managing shifts, appointments, and everything happening at the Ranch…

ALYSSA WAS OUT REPRESENTING OUR FAMILY BUSINESSES AND GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY!!! 🐶✂️❤️

And not just anywhere!

🏇 PRESTONWOOD POLO CLUB — RIGHT HERE IN OAK POINT, TEXAS!!!

Literally right up the road from where our family lives! 😂💙💛

Alyssa spent her time at yesterday’s Polo for the Pups event, providing nail trims and supporting a wonderful cause benefiting I Am Dog Rescue! 🐾❤️

THIS IS THE KIND OF STUFF THAT MAKES ME PROUD TO BE A BUSINESS OWNER!!! 🙏

We’re not just building grooming routes, filling boarding suites, and booking appointments.

WE’RE BUILDING A TEAM THAT CARES ABOUT THE COMMUNITY WE CALL HOME!!!

And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to LaDena Miller and everyone at Prestonwood Polo Club!!! ❤️🏇

We’ve known LaDena for years, and we’ve had the pleasure of grooming her dogs for years as well!

THESE ARE OUR NEIGHBORS. OUR CUSTOMERS. OUR FRIENDS. OUR COMMUNITY!!! ❤️

Having such a beautiful place as Prestonwood Polo Club practically in our backyard is something special, and we’re incredibly grateful for opportunities to get involved and give back!

🏆 Since opening Paw Control in January 2018, we’ve been voted Best of Denton County every single year!

And now, with Club Canine by Paw Control, we’re bringing that same dedication to boarding, daycare, and salon grooming on our nearly 3.5-acre Ranch in Denton!

🚐 Award-winning mobile pet grooming!
✂️ Professional grooming salon!

🚨🔥🐾 DENTON COUNTY!!! THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT!!! 🐾🔥🚨

Y’ALL!!! TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THIS PICTURE!!! 🥹❤️

THIS is Sydney, one of our incredible team members at Club Canine by Paw Control, and THIS is exactly the kind of love and care we’re building our reputation on!!!

Let me tell y’all something…

YOU CAN HIRE SOMEBODY TO WORK A SHIFT. YOU CANNOT HIRE SOMEBODY TO GENUINELY LOVE ANIMALS!!! 💯❤️

And THAT is what makes our team so special!

We’re not looking for people who just want to clock in, clock out, collect a paycheck, and go home.

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO LOVE YOUR BABIES LIKE THEY’RE THEIR OWN!!! 🐶❤️

Look at Sydney! Look at that sweet baby looking up at her! THAT is what it’s all about!

You can’t fake that kind of connection. You can’t put a price tag on genuine compassion. And you certainly can’t teach somebody to have a heart for animals if it isn’t already there!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BLESSING TO HAVE PEOPLE LIKE SYDNEY ON OUR TEAM!!! 🙏💙💛

And here’s something we want every pet parent in Denton County to understand…

🏡 WE ARE NOT YOUR EVERYDAY BOARDING FACILITY!!!

At Club Canine by Paw Control, we’re building something DIFFERENT!

🌳 Nearly 3.5 acres of REAL grass, trees, and outdoor space!

🌙 STAFF PHYSICALLY ON-SITE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK!!!

🚑 Team members trained and certified in Pet CPR & First Aid!

📸 Daily boarding report cards with pictures and updates!

🐕 Multiple daily outdoor breaks and personalized enrichment!

🐶 Doggy daycare!

✂️ Professional grooming from our award-winning Paw Control grooming team!

❤️ AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… PEOPLE WHO GENUINELY LOVE WHAT THEY DO!!!

We’re not just selling a boarding suite.

WE’RE OFFERING PEACE OF MIND!!!

Because when you leave your baby with us, you’re trusting us with a member of your FAMILY. We understand that responsibility, and we don’t take it lightly!

🏆 And remember, we’re the same family behind PAW CONTROL — VOTED BEST OF DENTON COUNTY EVERY SINGLE YEAR SINCE OPENING IN JANUARY 2018!!!

We’ve spent years building relationships with this community, and we’re bringing that SAME LOVE, SAME HEART, and SAME COMMITMENT to Club Canine by Paw Control!

NEW OWNERSHIP. NEW EXPERIENCE. SAME FAMILY VALUES!!! 🔥🐾

So here’s a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Sydney, Liberty, Brooke, Alyssa, Brycen, and every single member of our team working hard behind the scenes!

WE APPRECIATE YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW!!! ❤️👏

And to our customers, THANK YOU for trusting us with your babies!

😂🐾 POV: YOU ASK A BUSINESS OWNER WHAT THEY DO IN THEIR “FREE TIME”…

Free time?! Never heard of her. 😂

And yes — I AM taking it easy after surgery… today that means actually slowing down a little, handling what I can from the phone, staying on top of both businesses, and letting our incredible team do what they do.

Because when you own Paw Control AND Club Canine by Paw Control, even “taking it easy” still comes with scheduling, messages, planning, checking in, and probably thinking about the next project before you’re supposed to. 😂

What started with Paw Control in 2018 has grown into mobile grooming, salon grooming, boarding, doggy daycare, mobile nail trims and an entire Ranch operation — and we’re incredibly grateful for it.

And because I say it EVERY YEAR…

🦃 Thanksgiving is only 30 DAYS AWAY!
🎄 Christmas is only 59 DAYS AWAY!
🎉 New Year’s Day is only 66 DAYS AWAY!

🔥🐾 VASCULAR SURGEON: “TAKE IT EASY THIS WEEK.”
ME & MY MINI-ME: “COOL… COSTCO RUN?” 😂🛒

What an absolute blessing to be OUT of the hospital, back home, and able to wake up this morning and do a supply run with my little man. ❤️

The vascular team told me to take it easy this first week, so today’s version of “taking it easy” is letting Zeyn supervise while we grab supplies for Paw Control mobile grooming, the office, and Club Canine by Paw Control. 😂🐾

After two surgeries and a few days we definitely didn’t plan on, moments like this hit a little differently.

And seriously… THANK YOU.

The prayers. The messages. The comments. The shares. The recommendations. The people checking on our family. The new followers heading over to support Club Canine by Paw Control this week…

Y’all showed up BIG. ❤️

We’ve always loved sharing the real-life stuff with our followers because after all these years, you guys feel a whole lot more like family than customers.

Now… because apparently getting discharged doesn’t get me out of my annual holiday reminder 😂👇
