Hey guys!
It's funny to look back at this post now...
We were right though, we are incredibly lucky to have Mocha as a part of our family. She is such a sweet, smart, goofy, gentle girl.
She stills sits and waits quietly for her "dessert". She still nuzzles you when she can tell you're getting upset or frustrated. She stills gives lots of hugs. And something new she does; if you're petting her or giving belly rubs and you have to get up to do something, she'll "reach" for you with one of her paws to try to get you to stay put ππ
So happy to have this girl in our lives β€οΈ

Hey guys!
Sometimes in the chaos of every day life, we take for granted the special little things our dogs do. The little ways they show us their intelligence, their love, their loyalty; all the small things they do simply because they know it makes us happy.
Over the last couple of months, Molly has shown us what a special girl she is and reminded us how important it is to take a second and appreciate the little gestures of love that surround you every day...
The way after finishing her meal and eating her Cosequin, Molly will sit somewhere close and quietly wait for me to notice her; to check her bowl and tell her what a good girl she is for eating every last bite, and give her her "dessert"
The way I can be abosorbed in whatever I'm doing and getting more frustrated by the second, and Molly is there, gently pushing her head into my leg, staring up at me, as if to say, "it's okay mom, just breathe".
The way she will give you a hug (she has 3 different kinds of hugs she gives) when she can tell that you want or need one, and she will stay as long as you want her to.
Whether Molly's gentle and sweet temperament comes naturally or from the love and nurturing of her former parents, she shows us every day nothing but love and a gentle calm energy. Her Forever Family, wherever they may be, will be so incredibly lucky to call her a part of their family.
Molly Is Available for Adoption through Five Acres Animal Shelter 636 949 9918 or www.fiveacresanimalshelter.org
Home Requirements - No Other Dogs. I would also suggest No Apartments as Molly has separation anxiety and can get quite loud when left alone.
