Meet Blue! We call him, Baby Blue...
We nursed Blue back to health after he broke his leg at just a few months old! His family was afraid to care for him the days after he was released from the referral & emergency center in Norwalk & wanted to ensure that he properly got his medications and went outside without injuring his fragile & healing leg. The busy family with three kids had us go in and take care of pain medications, antibiotics and feedings. The surgery was a success and it was important to Blue's family to ensure the healing process was just as successful! With almost 10 years experience working at a local veterinarians office, we at Fairfield County Dogs Unleashed felt comfortable taking on this task & ensuring that meds and care were done adequately & efficiently! Blue is happy, healthy and active again! We love you Blue!

Today is a truly sad day...we lost one of our most beloved furry pal clients, Declan the adorable Bichon mix ! He was truly one of the best and we will never ever forget him! He was always such a sweetheart and pleasure to care for when his mom & dad went away or needed us for a quick walk while they enjoyed a day spent at the wineries or casino. Declan was rescued back in 2010 & truly had the most remarkable pet parents. He spent the last 7 years...living the good life with loving owners that treated him like a king! Our hearts go out to his mom & dad & puppy sister Fiona! We love you Declan. Always in our hearts.

Meet the adorable Jilly!
Jilly's mom & dad travel to Texas from time to time & so Jilly gets to hang out with us! She loves laying outside on her beautiful garden patio, belly rubs at afternoon check ins and snuggling on the couch on a rainy day watching tv! Jilly was a rescue pup & when she was adopted by her current owners she really lucked out! Her life before was not so great but now...She is so loved and truly leading the good life! Jilly says...do your pets a favor & hire ❤❤

Meet Toby, the Bernese Mountain Dog...Toby's legs don't work like they used to, so he needs a bit of support from us but once this guy gets a boost he enjoys his yard and toys & his doggy siblings! He loves belly rubs...Daisy is in the background & she loves to play with Toby and other pup Dobby, an adorable Boston Terrier! ❤❤

It's 8 o'clock in the morning and your pup woke you up around 3:00am with vomiting. You aren't sure if he ate something he should not have or if something else could be going on! You contact your vets office and they only have morning appointments. You question if he may have ate his new tennis ball toy as it appears to be missing-ughhhhh you knew it was too small for him! They remind you that foreign bodies can be very dangerous and it is best to get him in ASAP! If it is the tennis ball toy, he may have difficulty passing it on his own. He is not touching his breakfast! Today of all days, you can not be late to work...What do you do? Call Fairfield County Dogs Unleashed!
