We are looking to hire an Office/Kennel Manager…

Responsibilities:

•Lead, train, and motivate kennel staff
•Manage daily kennel operations and ensure efficient workflow
•Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and animal welfare
•Monitor the health and well-being of all boarding pets and recognize signs of illness or distress
•Communicate professionally with clients and provide outstanding customer service
•Handle scheduling and daily operational needs
•Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
•Ensure all kennel policies and procedures are followed consistently

Qualifications:

•Must be 18 years or older
•Preferred 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience (animal care, veterinary, boarding, daycare, grooming, or related field preferred)
•Proven leadership and team-building skills
•Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
•Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
•Reliable, dependable, and willing to work weekends, holidays, and evening
