I blinked.

That’s all it feels like.

A few days ago I was counting down the hours until we brought Crucial home. Now I’m sitting here looking at him and realizing he’s already changing.

Bigger.
Taller.
More confident.

Every day the puppy disappears a little more and the Cane Corso he’s going to become starts showing up.

One day this little guy is going to be standing next to Harley producing the next generation of Prime Standard Kennels puppies. But today he’s still my shadow, still climbing in my lap, and still thinks he fits anywhere he wants.

I’m going to enjoy every second of this stage because it doesn’t last nearly long enough. ❤️

What age did your Corso suddenly stop looking like a puppy?

8 weeks old.

Still just a baby, but there’s already so much to like about this boy. Structure, confidence, bone, expression, and a temperament that makes him easy to work with even at this age.

Excited to watch Crucial grow. 💚

Crucial is officially comfortable at home and the puppy energy has arrived.

Confidence can’t be taught… it’s either there or it isn’t.

First full day home and Crucial is already settling in like he owns the yard. Calm, curious, bold, and taking everything in stride.

This boy has us excited for the future of Prime Standard Kennels. 🦍💚

First vet visit this morning and Crucial stole the entire show. 🩺🐾

Everyone that walked into the room stopped to love on him. From the front desk to the vet staff, this boy had fans instantly.

Healthy, confident, calm, and already turning heads everywhere he goes. Safe to say… we’re pretty excited about this one. 💚🔥
