Molly's Militia

Molly's Militia Molly's Militia was founded in 1999 by Elaine van der Linden after visiting a local animal shelter an SPAY AND NEUTER

There are over 3000 animals euthanized in animal shelters in our area each month. Not all of these animals are "unwanted, unlovable, or unadoptable" - they just found themselves in unfortunate positions where no one knew to look for them! Molly's is committed to seeking out those animals that just need a little TLC before moving on to their forever homes. As a general rule, Molly's only accepts animals from shelters - not from individual homes.

Trip is looking for his forever family

Trip is a loving and resilient pup. Despite being struck by a vehicle in November and consequently losing a leg because of it, he is still vibrant and full of life. Always ready to play or willing to just snuggle with you. Being tripawd hasn’t slowed him down and he gets along well with other dogs as well as people of all ages and sizes. Unfortunately, Trip is not good with cats or rabbits so he would require a home where neither of those are present. Trip is housebroken, crate trained, and rides well in the car. We would do equally well in an active household or a laid back household and can regularly be found curled up on the couch napping with a child or two.

He has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, tested negative for heartworms, is on fle tick and heartworm prevention, and he’s microchipped! His adoption fee is $200

Bart has been waiting for over a year for his turn to find a forever family! This sweet. loving, playful boy deserves a home of his own for Christmas!! He is house trained, good with other dogs, and as loving as you could ask for! He had been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm negative and on prevention, and microchipped! He needs plenty of stuffed animals, because he likes to carry 3 or 4 around at a time! His adoption fee is $200.
