Okay yall, seems like it’s always something around here. Yall already know I work full time too, with that being said I have not been in the shop for the last two weeks. Got dog bit and messed my hands up pretty bad, turned my ankle over a few days later and that took a good week to get back to where I could stand on it, and same day it feels better I wind up with the Flu, I feel like death warmed over still. Soon as it passes, I get back out in the shop and am hard at it, I will be finishing those handful of shoulder mounts I am either at or over my turn around time on (That 12 months to 14 months mark) I only took in so many to do this past season, just as soon as those are done I will not be taking in any more deer from the public. My full time job treats me well, I have great friends I don’t mind doing some work for, I have kids I miss out on so much of their life because I am stuck out in a shop in the evenings till 10-11 pm and the weekends worrying about getting work done and if that persons even going to pay or pick up, and I have other aspirations calling my name.
