The Bridge Clinic The Bridge Clinic is a full-service, nonprofit veterinary clinic committed to providing high-quality, affordable care for pets in need.

We believe every animal deserves access to compassionate and comprehensive medical services. What started out as a love for animals has blossomed over the years into a passion for saving homeless, unwanted and abandoned cats, kittens and other pets for owner/operator Michele Miller. It was by chance and later necessity that Michele was introduced into the world of rescue twenty years ago when she

began as a foreclosure appraiser. She saw first hand kittens and cats locked in foreclosed houses without food or water, neglected and abandoned pets roaming the streets, and animals struggling to survive outside in the elements. This led Michele to start Rescue Purrfect, a not profit organization helping abandoned, stray, rescued, and injured cats by providing quality shelter and foster care. Michele continues to work with various communities in Philadelphia, Bucks and surrounding areas, educating neighborhoods with assisting them in managing and establish healthy colonies, donating food, and offering no cost or low cost spay/neuter and wellness care to owners of cats or colonies in their areas. Michele's ultimate goal is: to adopt-out friendly, healthy animals to loving homes, ensure established colonies are healthy and safe and to offer low cost veterinary care to the public. We are at capacity for storage now, and are asking you to look at other local rescues and clinics that may need your support for towels and linens 🥰

Just two weeks ago, Oakley was rushed to us after being hit by a motorcycle, suffering a serious femur fracture. Thanks to the skill and dedication of our incredible Dr. McGrath and supporting medical team, his surgery was a huge success!

Today, this brave 3-year-old came back for staple removal. He's walking comfortably, tail wagging, and already well on his way to a full recovery 🐾💙

Say hi to BENNY - the sweetest little Frenchie chunk who recently visited us for a soft palate resection and stenotic nares surgery.

These procedures help brachycephalic (short-nosed) breeds breathe easier by reducing airway obstruction, greatly decreasing their struggle to breathe and lowering stress on their respiratory system. For dogs like Benny, that means less snoring and struggling — and more energy to enjoy life!

Our Story

The Bridge Clinic is a community-minded nonprofit organization offering full-service, low-cost veterinary care to Bucks County, PA, Philadelphia, PA, parts of New Jersey and the surrounding region.

We offer affordable wellness/sick visits, dental procedures, and a wide array of surgeries including (but not limited to) spay/neuter and trap-neuter-return. We are a resource for the community, striving to keep our pricing as low as possible for our client base.

We do this by operating high volume or, whenever possible, utilizing grant funding to subsidize or cover costs. We also specialize in handling feral cats, providing a wide array of wellness and surgical services for this population. Finally, our rescue program, Rescue Purrfect allows us to provide even more help for felines in need.
