Our campers discovered that:

-🐓Omnivores: they eat seeds, bugs, lizards, snakes, & even baby mice! 🐛🐍

-🐓: Dust baths to stay cool and bug-free 🛁🌾

-Roosters crow early because they can see ultraviolet and violet light, which humans can’t! 🌅👓

-🐓Chickens share dna with T-rex 🦖

-🐓Chickens don’t sweat and their combs and wattles help regulate their body temps

So excited to see lots of familiar faces returning 😊 and to welcome new campers to the farm family! 🧑‍🌾👩‍🌾🌞

Our resident animals were thrilled to meet everyone — they happily accepted breakfast 🌾🥕 and plenty of cuddles 🐐💛🐖💚🐑 from their new friends!
