PLEASE HELP! Can anyone give a home to my cat Bella? I have had her since she was 2 weeks old (8/2009) and she is indoor/outdoor and the most laid back cat ever. She doesn't mind kids, dogs, or noise. She has been spayed. I really don't want to take her to the pound but we can only take 2 cats with us when we move later this month!

Willow had her pint of ice cream earlier and she gets pot roast for dinner! Tubain is going to have a rough time of it. She and Willow are joined at the hip.

July 29th, the first Willow-Creek litter turned SIX!!!! I meant to post but was still mourning the loss of my 13 year old heart Lab Tasha. Anyway, a BELATED HAPPY Birthday to Zia, Torah, Lambeau, River and all the other WCK 1 pups.

Update: Jeff took Willow to the vet today because I was a basket case. When they got there she was her amazing bouncy loving self and neither one of them felt right about doing it. So now she has pain meds for when she has her bad days. She is hanging in there! A champion until the last!

Willow Update: the cancer appears to have spread to her brain. She has forgotten most commands and is reverting to puppyhood. I also believe she is in a lot of pain since she has the "flying nun" face most of the day. Once the tax return money arrives I think we will go cross the bridge.

Trying to re-housebreak Tubain. Yesterday was bright and sunny and she peed in Jack's room. I know she was at the back door but she stays there for the most part on squirrel patrol so I don't know if it is a squirrel chase she is after or potty!

If any of you WCK dog owners are interested in another...I need to consider re-homing Tubain. I love her dearly but she has started peeing in the house - in the baby's room. While it seems minor, I do not have the time/energy needed to deal with this. She is terrified of being outside and if it's raining/snowing all bets are off. I just can't deal with this anymore. She needs a home that will love her, adore her, and give her the attention she deserves.

I wanted to make everyone aware that my sweet Willow will not be with us much longer. She has what is effectively breast cancer and an infection in her uterus. I’m trying to clear up the infection to gain some more time with her and keep her comfortable. The last few days have been very touch and go. Last night she started eating again and this morning she is begging for food at Jack’s high chair.

If and when her pain returns I will help her cross the bridge. Right now, I am spending a lot of quality time with her and she is being spoiled and treated like the queen she has always believed herself to be!
