P 163Q Kindergarten class came to the shelter for a visit!

PUPDATE! We just received this from Bear's (formerly Cro's) new dad. Wanted to share this with all of you. ❤️

Hi to all at Bobbi and the Strays. Just wanted to let you know that Cro (now Bear) is thriving, and making many friends, both canine and human. We sure love him and the warmth he brings to our home. Thanks for introducing us to this beautiful guy.

From Emergency Surgery to a Second Chance: Help Us Heal Infiniti

Sometimes, a routine vet visit turns into a fight for life. That is exactly what happened to our sweet Infiniti.

On June 3rd, Infiniti went in for a routine dental procedure. During recovery, our alert veterinary team noticed an abnormality in his breathing. They quickly took X-rays and discovered a terrifying crisis: severe bladder stones had created a complete urethral blockage.

This type of blockage is rapidly life-threatening. Infiniti was rushed directly to the emergency hospital for overnight monitoring, and underwent major surgery the next morning on June 4th.

The surgeon successfully flushed the stones from his urethra back into the bladder and removed every single one. Infiniti is a fighter—the surgery was a success, and he was able to come home just one day later!

Today, Infiniti is safe and recovering. However, his lifesaving emergency care has left Bobbi and the Strays with a significant veterinary bill.

When Infiniti’s life hung in the balance, we didn't hesitate. Now, we need our amazing community to help us cover the cost of his emergency surgery so we can keep saving lives.

Any gift, no matter the size, goes directly to Infiniti’s medical fund. Thank you for being his safety net!

Billie's babies are ready ready for adoption (and so is Billie)

At just 3½ months old, Billie Jean, Billie Eilish, and Billy Bob are ready to find loving homes of their own! These adorable siblings are the babies of beautiful Billie, their young 9-month-old mama, who is also pictured and available for adoption.

This happy little family has been raised together, and whether they're chasing toys, wrestling with one another, or piling into a cozy bed for a nap, they know that life is better with a friend by your side.

Because kittens do best with feline companionship, you'll need to adopt two kittens together unless you have a young, active cat at home. Having a playmate helps kittens stay happy, engaged, and well-socialized as they grow.

If you've been thinking about adding a pair of playful companions to your family, Billie Jean, Billie Eilish, and Billy Bob would love to meet you! Nine-month old Momma Billie is also available for adoption if you'd prefer a single, older kitten.

Bobbi and the Strays would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Baldwin Homemakers Association for their generous donation of much-needed supplies, including pet care items for the animals in our shelter.

The Baldwin Homemakers Association works to support local causes and make a positive difference in the lives of others. We are deeply grateful that they chose to support our rescue efforts.

Donations such as theirs help provide food, cleaning supplies, bedding, and other essential pet care items needed to care for the cats and dogs in our shelter. Their kindness allows us to continue giving homeless animals the care, comfort, and second chances they deserve.
