The Laverne & Shirley Show: Now Starring a Bonded Pair of Pups!

Just like their namesake TV characters, our very own Laverne and Shirley are a classic, bonded pair of best friends ready to tackle life's adventures together. These two girls are a real-life sitcom in the making, and they're looking for their forever home to make their dreams come true!

Laverne is the brash and fun-loving one, just like Laverne DeFazio. A 2-year-old Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle mix, she's full of s***k and personality. And like the show's Shirley Feeney, our Shirley is the sweet, gentle, and a little bit naive companion. A 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix, she's devoted to her best friend and will make a loving lap dog.

They've been through it all together, and their friendship is stronger than ever. They even have their own little "Schlemiel! Schlimazel! Hasenpfeffer Incorporated!" routine when they compete for attention and affection! They'll do best with an owner who has the time to help them acclimate to their new home and give them all the love they crave.

Due to their bonded status, they must be adopted TOGETHER. So if you're looking for a double dose of love, loyalty, and laughter, this is the pair for you!

💔 URGENT: Help Us Help Cher 💔
This Shy Girl is Fighting to Recover

Cher is currently at the vet, fighting to recover from serious health issues including lethargy, weight loss, dehydration, anemia, and a decreased appetite. She’s receiving IV fluids, antibiotics, and other medications, all part of the intensive and costly medical care she’s receiving.

This sweet 12-year-old has already endured a great deal. A shy and gentle soul, Cher was learning to trust kind voices and the comfort of gentle hands at our shelter. Now she needs all of us to rally around her. Let’s give Cher the second chance she deserves.

She’s FIV/FELV negative, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations, but right now, none of that matters if she can’t get the urgent care she needs to recover. We’re doing everything we can to give Cher a chance, but her care is costly, and we can’t do it alone.

Please donate whatever you can. Every dollar makes a difference. Let’s show Cher that she’s not alone, and that a loving future and forever home are still possible for her.
