Iโ€™m the face behind Talk Treats To Me, and today is my birthday. ๐ŸŽˆ

Iโ€™ve been running the company on my own for the last 3 years, but Iโ€™ve been part of this story since the beginning. This year marks 15 years of TTTM!

So today, I thought Iโ€™d share a few of my whys.

1. Me. One of my biggest motivations is proving to myself that I can do this.

Iโ€™ve always been more turtle than hare. Slow and steady. Thoughtful. Usually waiting until Iโ€™m sure. One thing I never lack is grit.

Lately, Iโ€™ve been trying to trust myself a little more and take a few leaps of faith.

2. My mom. She built something really special long before single-ingredient treats were common.

There are so many questions I wish I could still ask her.

After losing her in 2020, continuing what she started became one of the greatest honors.

3. Saoirse. Sheโ€™s the reason TTTM exists. My mom and I rescued her when I was in high school, and we didnโ€™t get nearly enough time with her.

When she passed away, my mom became determined to create better treats with ingredients people could trust.

4. My family. The ones who have supported this company through every stage, celebrated the wins, and helped carry me through the hard parts.
5. You. Every message, photo, review, and story about your dog keeps me going.

Building a business the right way isnโ€™t always the easiest path, but itโ€™s the only one Iโ€™m interested in taking.
