Chapo is an extremely friendly, young Bull Terrier with an ideal temperament with people. He really loves dogs too. But unfortunately he struggles with acceptable boundaries and limits. He means well, but plays way too rough and dogs get annoyed with him quickly.

We are searching for a forever home with no other dogs in the house. But that doesnā€™t mean Chapo canā€™t have visits or play dates with big dogs. He hasnā€™t been reactive to dogs in public and can enjoyably be walked in busy areas.

Chapo is athletic but not wild. He is curious and bright. Chaps can be kept busy playing fetch, chewing on bones and tough toys, and going for walks. He also walks on a treadmill nicely. He absolutely loves training and learning tricks for treats. Chapo is hearing impaired so his foster family has been working on communication with hand signals.

Chapo is good in his crate and even goes to work with foster Mom at a dog grooming shop. He is housebroken and very clean in the house and crate.

Being a young bull terrier, Chapo still needs lots of supervision, some training, and a crate or dog-proof space when his people are occupied.

He is on a prescription diet for urinary health and doesnā€™t hear much. But sky is the limit with this guy. He is so lovable and looking for his best friend.
