Why bring your Pet to K9 Caterers Grooming Vs. The Big Box Stores? K9 Caterers has built its reputation and foundation on Excellent Customer Service for over Forty Years. We extend this to our Grooming Salon and Strive to make your Dogs visit as Stress Free as possible. We do Not Cage Dry your Dog. Every Corporation Store uses this practice to speed up the Grooming process. We feel it is Inhumane
to confine a Dog to a cage and force air through the bars. What you see when you walk into the Salon, is the Total Salon. We do Not have a 'Back Room'. Your Dog will be in plain sight at all times. We have a surveillance camera that overlooks and records the Grooming Process. You are welcomed to stay for the duration of the Groom ( if you wish). This is an entirely New Concept in Professional Grooming. Other Salons may have windows you can see your Pet through, Most will not allow you to stay at all! You will be in the Same Room as your Pet while they are being Groomed. We do Not want to keep your Pet in the Salon for more time than necessary, so we provide An Express Groom Service. We are Not an assembly line like the Big Box Stores, Your Pet will be handled by no more than 2 people during the Groom. ( One Bather and The Groomer)
