Is it possible to go off-grid in a city? Our objective here at Urban Fresh Gardens is to be self-sustaining. That means being able to generate our own electricity and water supply.

For our food truck that we are working on with the current solar panels, we can run a chest freezer and our three-door cooler.

We had a great season of growing callaloo, The time has come for us to rotate and so we'll be taking out all our callaloo out the greenhouse and start planting collard greens for Thanksgiving yay!!!!
