Fostering is hard work and keeping Peanut Butter happy and fed and cozy takes a village. Thank you Melissa and Jeremy for the Dog Food, the treats and the rope toys.
It’s the thoughtfulness of kind people that supports the fosters - and makes hard things possible.

Thank you Nicole Vaughn for the canned kitten food!!

🐾 These fuzzy little purr machines just joined our rescue family and are settling into their foster home in Binghamton, NY. While they don’t have names quite yet, one thing’s for sure—they’re absolutely adorable and already stealing hearts. 💛

Their story is one we sadly hear far too often: a well-meaning person took in a few cats, and before long, you realize you cant keep up on spaying and neuturing.

Our amazing foster—aka our “Kitty Queen”—stepped up to help, and we’re doing everything we can to get these little ones healthy, vetted, and ready for loving forever homes.

Stay tuned as we sort out names fore these 5 girls and 2 boys, but if you’re thinking of adopting a kitten—your future feline friend may be right here! All will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and fully vetted before adoption.

🐱 Can’t adopt but want to help? We could really use wet food and the high calorie powder.

We currently have two incredible girls in our care who need your support to get the medical treatment they deserve.

First up is Roxie, our loving Texas mama, who was sadly diagnosed with heartworm in March. It took multiple vet visits, tests, and even a blood sample sent to a lab’s research department to finally confirm the diagnosis.

She’s completed 30 days of pre-treatment medication, which unfortunately left her feeling pretty miserable — vomiting, poor appetite, and constant coughing. Thankfully, after a month of rest in May, Roxie is starting to feel more like herself.

Her first heartworm injection is scheduled for June 2, followed by a clinic stay for monitoring and strict crate rest. Her final two injections will be administered around June 30 and July 1. Heartworm treatment is incredibly tough on dogs and costly for rescues — we’re currently estimating $3,000 for her full course of care.

If you can donate toward her treatment, Roxie and her foster family would be beyond grateful. ❤️

Next is Cordelia, our newest PMAR pup who came to us from Queens Animal Care & Control. This sweet young Cane Corso was found as a stray. While we don’t know her full backstory, it’s likely she was abandoned due to her visible cherry eye — a painful condition where the gland in her third eyelid protrudes unnaturally.

Despite this, she’s gentle, a bit underweight, and full of love. Once she has corrective surgery and recovers, she’ll be ready for her forever family.

As a small nonprofit rescue, we rely entirely on donations to save and care for dogs like Roxie and Cordelia. We understand times are tough — but every dollar helps.

Another incredible update from Georgia—meet Baxter (fka Rabbit)! 🐾
When Baxter first came to us as a stray, he was skin and bones—malnourished, battling parasites, and in desperate need of care. Thanks to lots of love, vet visits, and many small meals, he’s transformed into a happy, healthy pup! 💪✨

Now about 7 months old, Baxter is thriving. He’s great with other dogs and kids—he even visited a classroom recently and was a total superstar (more on that soon!). He hasn’t met any cats yet, but he’s eager to keep exploring the world around him.

Still learning the basics of “Puppy 101,” Baxter is smart, loving, and ready for the next step: a forever family to call his own. He’ll be fully vetted and neutered soon!

Let’s help this sweet boy find the home he deserves. 💛

Say hello to Chili! 🌶️
This spicy little sweetheart is a 4-month-old pittie mix who’s currently living it up with her foster family in Binghamton, NY. Bursting with personality, playfulness, and a dash of sass, Chili came to us from our rescue partner down in Alabama and has been winning hearts ever since.

She’s already spayed, and before finding her forever home, she’ll be fully vetted and microchipped.

Chili is working on her Puppy 101 skills and will need a loving, patient family committed to continuing her training as she grows into a confident, well-mannered adult pup. She’s social, fun, and always ready for adventure—could she be your perfect match?
