Puppymills = animal abuse. Please adopt, never buy from puppy stores. This mother was rescued after years of neglect and being used for her puppies. After months of working with her, I was able to get her to trust humans again and found her that perfect family! to see her now!

Dogs paw has are extremely sensitive and will burn. Not to mention if you were out too long they can’t get heat stroke. While there is no exact total census for global canine heatstroke deaths, studies estimate veterinary fatality rates range from 14% to over 50% for dogs that receive treatment. Organizations like PETA record hundreds of reported hot weather incidents, with 140 animal deaths reported in a recent year.Veterinary data provides a clear picture of how deadly heat-related illnesses are:Fatality Rates: Studies analyzing emergency veterinary visits show that about 1 in 4 (26.6%) dogs treated for heatstroke do not survive. Other global studies report mortality ranges between 14.2% and 50% depending on the severity of the case and the region.Leading Causes: Interestingly, over-exercising in hot weather is responsible for about three-quarters (74%) of heatstroke cases. While hot cars are highly lethal, exertional heat illness is much more common.High-Risk Breeds: Certain dog types, particularly brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds like Bulldogs, Pugs, and French Bulldogs, are 4 times more likely to suffer heatstroke.
