Thanks for your kind comments on my first post.This icebox is also part of my kitchen and I use it every day. I store my canned goods on one side and towels and cleaners on the other.It was a fairly easy restoration..managed to keep the original patina.I come from a coal mining town where there was still an icehouse..a bar on every corner..some places 3 or 4.Even though trucks did most of the deliveries; they kept up the tradition of delivering the ice by horse and wagon in some small areas..The Iceman followed the wagon and the horse knew when to stop; every single time!

I DID IT!!!! I hung the shower doors all by myself!!!! 🥳 The instructions were easy to follow; however, I did struggle a little a time or two. Nothing I couldn’t figure out obviously. Cutting the bars made me nervous but everything lines up just right. I’m so excited! I’ll spend some time tomorrow working on editing the miles and miles of video I took so that I can shave it down to something that won’t bore you to tears.

A special thank you to everyone who encouraged me and helped me believe in myself for this project. I’m so happy! I’m putting that builder’s license of mine to good use and training myself on the job with this house. Now that I know how to install shower doors it’s back to the jar of doom to see what project we tackle next! I’ll see you Monday so you can watch me pull out the next item on our to do list. Enjoy your weekend!
