Nala had a rough night last night settling in and going to sleep but today seems like a much better day. She refused to keep the bandage on her paw but overall she’s doing good. 🐾❤️

It’s been rough…Nala had to have her middle toe amputated due to her injury yesterday. She immediately flipped the bandage off 20 minutes after we got into the car to go home, and then five more times when we arrived home after we had re-bandaged her again. She took gabapentin but refuses to settle down so I had to give her some melatonin and a lickey mat. Hopefully it helps her relax a little bit. 🙏❤️🐾

Pray for our sweet Nala…she might need surgery on a paw toe…she jumped up on something she wasn’t supposed to and glass shattered and cut her pretty bad. She is going to have surgery tomorrow. 🙏 😢 Could be worse, but they said it might need to be amputated because of the bone showing. 🙏❤️🐾
