Some quick policy updates for Lunar Curiosities//Twisted Oddities
As my business continues to grow, it’s important for me to set clear boundaries so I can continue creating, teaching, and offering the beautifully creepy experiences you all love. Please take a moment to read through my updated policies and procedures going forward:
🕯 No Refunds
All sales are final. When payment is taken for commissions and class tickets, those funds are immediately used to purchase specimens and supplies specifically for you. Because of this, I am unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
🕯 Party Package Contracts
I am now implementing party package contracts. Contracts must be signed as soon as possible to secure your date. Moving forward, no deposits will be accepted and no dates will be held without a signed contract.
🕯 No-Show Policy
No-shows are unacceptable. If you fail to attend without communication, your purchase is automatically forfeited. Repeated no-shows have become an issue, and out of respect for my time, materials, and other attendees, no-shows without communication will no longer be allowed to purchase tickets in the future.
🕯 Health & Safety Policy
Please do not attend classes or events if you are sick. I am a small business owner, a full-time mother, and I also work a full-time job. I cannot afford to get sick.
Additionally, I am immunocompromised. What may feel like a minor cold to you can result in a serious medical emergency for me.
If you are feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible. I am more than happy to work with you on a solution such as a ticket transfer or an at-home kit.
However, if you arrive at a class or event knowingly sick, you will be asked to leave. This policy is firm and non-negotiable.
These policies exist to protect my small business, my time, and the incredible community I’m building. I truly appreciate everyone who shows up, communicates, and supports Lunar Curiosities with respect and intention. 🖤
Thank you for understanding and continuing to support small, spooky art businesses.
