In the photos section you will find a pet safety sheet that deals with Bloat. This is a very serious medical situation and one that my wife & I are painfully familiar with. We lost our 13 year old mix Wilbur to this in 2008, just a few days before Christmas. Copy and print the safety sheet from this fb page, or go to our website and download the pdf file there. It can be found on the "Downloads" page. This info may save one of your fur-babies one day.

So can you tell me what type of Fur Babies you all have currently? I have three goldens, three lovebirds (plus 4 new hatch-lings), a barn cat and two standard donkeys. So we kind of run the gamut in that department!

A few pics of our three rescued golden fur babies. Two are 12 and the other is 16. All from Golden Endings Golden Retriever Rescue in Columbus. We have been active members of this rescue group for 16 years now. Always consider a rescue/shelter pet. It's a good thing to do.

Well our "Fur Baby" family has increased or rather, is increasing, with currently 3 of 8 lovebird eggs having hatched in the past week. If things hold as in the past, we may get one or two more, but it would certainly surprise me if all 8 hatched. Will be curious to see if they end up as Black Masked or Peach Faced. Either way they are beautiful birds.
