• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
• Collect payments and process invoices
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with veterinary staff to coordinate patient care
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful or emotional visits
