But seriously—this is why contacting your local rescues and supporting TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) is so important! One stray cat might not seem like much, but did you know cats can start having kittens as early as 4 months old? That “one” can quickly become 6… and just two months later, 11! 😮

TNR helps stop the cycle before it starts—by humanely trapping, spaying/neutering, and returning cats to their territory, we prevent litters, reduce overpopulation, and give community cats healthier, safer lives. 💛

Let’s make sure everyone in our community knows the facts and where to turn for help. Together, we can make a difference!

Spaying and neutering is one of the most important ways we can prevent pet overpopulation and reduce the number of animals entering shelter and rescues. All month long, we’ll be sharing important facts about why spay/neuter matters—for pets, for people, and for our community.

Did you know? One unspayed cat and her offspring can produce over 1,000 kittens in just a few years! 🐱💔 Fixing just one pet can stop generations of unwanted litters.
