With fathers day right around the corner, upon request we can put together some beef jerky gift baskets. In the baskets we can include any or all of our flavors in jerky, meat sticks, or shredded/chew style jerky, even dog treats. Sample size to get multiple flavors for cheaper or full size bags. We can also add some gift cards if you wanted. Prices will vary depending on size and what comes in them. And if the weather holds up, don't forget to come check us out at the lafreniere farmers market between 2 pm and 7 pm. We will also be taking part in the Harahan farmers market on Sunday at city hall between 12 pm and 4 pm. 10 different flavors to choose from including several that you don't see in jerky flavors often, if ever. The most popular ones being Garlic Parmesan, Backyard Boil, and Honey Garlic. Come pick up your local, fresh, homemade jerky at one of the markets or contact us through Facebook.

We have been talking about a couple different "limited time" flavors. We haven't decided just yet, but after talks, one of the first will possibly be a honey Sriracha type flavor or a pickle flavor. Oddly enough after talking to a couple people they said it sounds good and they would definitely try it. I'm not a Sriracha or pickle type of person but if you are, keep an eye out for posts in the near future.

I've had a few people lately saying that they love beef jerky but can't eat it because of different reasons. The main reason being sensitive or just not the best teeth to bite and chew it with. So with this, you can now enjoy the jerky you love that is much easier to eat. Introducing our newest product. A shredded type of jerky like a jerky chew/snuff. The same great flavors just no biting and less chewing. You can get it in any of our 11 flavors. We will be attending the lafreniere arts and farmers market Wednesday from 2 to 7. Not only do we have some of the best prices around for beef jerky, but we also have flavors that not many other people have. Check out our flavors, and we just finished getting our backyard boil meat sticks flavor right. Due to the price of meat going up little by little over the last several months, we had to make a decision to drop the size of our bags by .8 oz. Everyone that already has an order in will get the 4 oz bags, but from today going forward, the jerky will come in 3.2 oz bags. Still the same great product but just a slightly smaller portion. We apologize for this, but it just hasn't been feasible lately. Thank you everyone. If you have any questions just let us know.

Every flavor or jerky and meat sticks will be available by Friday. Check out our page and our menu. We have two flavors not on our menu in jerky and sticks but they are both available. Bbq and honey garlic. The honey garlic is one of the top sellers now. If you'd like to place an order or you are a first time buyer we promise you won't be disappointed.
