Quietly produced 300lbs of produce since January on a small amount of the garden. I let the majority rest after growing to collect seeds, while testing out a more advanced approach to gardening and I’m very excited about the result!!

Peace souls!!!
I got into a discussion sometime ago with a brother on SM about how veganism is actually malnutrition agenda, harmful to the natural balance in the long run and a fallacy diet based off moral righteousness. His argument was moral as with most stances, but he stated we get all the nutrients we need from plants…. These people telling you this:
1.have no clue of soil science
2. don’t grow there own food 🚩🚩
3. Are always showing you food from a chain store and not a farmers market🚩🚩
4. Are talking alkaline, acid, ph, cellular level don’t own a microscope and can’t balance basic chemical reactions on paper.🚩🚩
5. They knew since 1936, years before veganism, the soil was deficient of soluble nutrients hence why they started the food enrichment programs & big Ag w/ fertilizer.
6. If you get all of your vitamins and minerals from your plants there would be no need for the supplemental industry or it’s new kid on the block sea moss.
7. A lot of people are following Sebi’s food list but truth be told Sebi WAS NOT VEGAN & cured with herbs. The food talk didn’t come until after the court case…if you knew who Sebi was before he died or even before YouTube popped off everyone heard of the herbalist he worked with IYKTYK…..
This isn’t to bang on any individual choice of diet but more banging on the misinformation… in particular the black demographic if you only knew how many die hard vegans of the white demographic are abandoning it after 4-5 years because they come to realization they are malnourished, we need to live in harmony off and with the land…
