Friendly Deposit Policy Reminder

Please understand that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event you change your mind or fail to show up on the scheduled pickup date for your puppy without prior communication.

Here’s why:
1. Lost Advertising Time – Once a deposit is placed, I stop advertising that puppy. As puppies grow older, they can become more difficult to place, and I will have to restart the entire process of finding them a home.
2. Ongoing Care Costs – Additional time means continued expenses for food, supplies, daily care, and possibly veterinary costs until the puppy is placed with a new family.
3. Time & Communication – During the reserved period, I provide weekly photos and updates and make myself available to answer all questions promptly. My time and dedication are part of the commitment I make to you.

While I understand that life happens, please remember that this is my business and I do not work for free. I kindly ask that you respect my time and the policies in place.
