Believe me when I say that lil’ Miss Bibi had the thickest, softest and velvetiest fur I’ve ever felt on a kitten. It was so therapeutic to pet her and feel her purr 🥰 And she was such a love bug that the flight attendants gave her a “First Flight Certificate”! How cute is that?! ✈️ ❤️

Ok, sit down. I don’t want you to pass out from cuteness overload. Meet Jolene ❤️ I completely melted and almost went to jail on this one. 😳 I wanted to steal her so badly!!! She nuzzled herself in my neck/hair and may have been asleep 🥹 I mean, come on 🥰True love 💕 But, alas, I did the right thing and delivered lil Jolene safe, happy and healthy to her loving family to live out her best life. ❤️

One of our adopters husband recently passed away. She contact us and asked where she could donate
His pacemaker. After a few phone calls Nashville Veterinary Specialists said they would appreciate the donation to help save the life of someone’s pet.

Did you know:
If you have a pacemaker, you can put it in your Will to have your pacemaker donated to a dog in need after you pass. Pacemakers cannot be donated to another human, but they can be donated to dogs with cardiac issues who would depend on it to stay alive.
You can have the pacemaker brought to a vet of your choice. So many of those get thrown away and dogs die because people don't know they can do this. It even saves the dog's owner the cost of the actual pacemaker which sometimes means the difference in being able to afford lifesaving treatment or not.

I picked up lil’ Dory in the Dominican Republic. The scars of her rough start in life clearly visible on her sweet face 😢 But, I was so heartened to see that even with her struggles, she was deeply loving and fully trusting of me. I mean, I rarely take cats out of carriers in airports so as not to become that viral video of that crazy lady chasing a cat all over an airport, but it was clear that this little angel knew that my lap was the safest and most loving place she ever knew. She just sat there and took in her surroundings, knowing she was leaving her troubles behind and about to start her best life. I see you, sweet soul, and I love you ❤️
