After about 6 inches of rain the past few days…
we already know what some dog parks are looking like right now

And it’s not the mud that’s the problem.

It’s everything that was already there… just now very visible.

We see it all the time:
• Residents stop using the space
• Complaints pick up
• Maintenance gets stuck dealing with it after the fact
• And yeah… *prospects notice* on tours
