I would like to thank everyone who came out to the 2nd Annual Circle G Hog Dog Trials this past weekend. I like seeing all the smiling faces on all my out of town friends come show time. I would like to enlighten some folks and tell them a little bit about me if you didn't already know. I'm 28 years old and I've been around hog baying and hog dog trials for about 13 years now. I do not know everything about it but I try to be fair and please everybody. God knows I can't do that but I try really hard too, I love seeing the young kids in youth bay stand on the stool and talk to there dog while its baying the hog. To me that's what it's all about, that IS our next generation folks. With that being said we need to set a example for these young kids getting into this sport if we want it live on. Being a adult is a difficult task sometimes but it sets the tone of who you are, I'm going to do everything I can to make my Baying better and to try and keep the sport alive. With all that being said we had a good show from Sunshine on Saturday to Rain and Tornados on Sunday lol I want to thank my staff my pen help my workers, my family and a Big thank you to Ms Tammie and Ms Nancy who handled all the paper work and the comp all weekend. I couldn't do it without y'all!!! Pictures of the winners will be posted soon!!
