Two hundred lives on one secluded Mississippi property and a rescue effort that none of us could have accomplished alone. 💛🐾
Paws of War worked side by side with an extraordinary network of shelters, rescues, agencies, businesses, and volunteers to carry out this lifesaving mission. Nearly 200 dogs were removed from heartbreaking conditions, medically assessed, treated, vaccinated, fed, and transported to safety.
The sweet underbite face in this photo is one of those survivors. Once uncertain and without a future, this dog and so many others are now safe and on their way to healing and new lives.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who stood shoulder to shoulder with us. If we have unintentionally missed anyone, please know this rescue was powered by community, and we thank you.
