🧡Cat of the Day - Richey!🧡 Richey owes his life to several wonderful people. Back in 2011, this poor, tiny kitten was found in a ditch with another deceased cat that was assumed to be his mother. He was rescued and given to a shelter. Luckily, animal control was not at the shelter when he came in. The volunteers on duty knew this kitten would be at the top of the list to be euthanized if they didn’t find a place for him in a hurry. So they contacted us, and a few days later, another volunteer drove him to BCR! From the very start, Richey has been a very sweet boy who loves attention! We’re so grateful that he’s been with BCR most of his life! Thank you all so much for making it possible for Richey to have been able to grow up in a loving and caring environment!

Our gorgeous 10 month old, "Prue" is the last puppy of our litter from the Fall.

All her sisters have been in wonderful homes for MONTHS but Prue is still waiting. She is GORGEOUS and absolutely 💯 wonderful just like her sisters and patiently waiting for a home of her own.

If you think that could be YOU, please head to www.onedaneatatime.org and fill out and app TODANE!

Have you met Duffy yet? He’s an adorable 1-year-old active guy who can’t wait to find his forever family. He’s a little shy so he’d love to join a calm and patient family while he learns all about his new home! He hopes you love playtime, snuggles, and his goofy personality because he can’t wait to share it with you! He’d love to meet any future dog siblings first before going home.

If Duffy sounds like your perfect fluffball, come meet him at our Main Shelter (25 N 40th St)
