Sometimes, all it takes is a little support to keep a family together. šŸ’›

This week, we had the honor of helping Shiloh and Happyā€”two energetic pittie mixes nearing their 2nd birthdaysā€”and their feline housemates: Biscuits (4), Cherry (3), and Cheddar (almost 1). šŸ¾

But this wasnā€™t just any group of petsā€”Cherry is especially bonded with Jack, her 6-year-old human companion. A bond that canā€™t be measured, only felt. šŸ§øšŸ±

Due to a tough financial month, their entire family was at risk of being separated. But thanks to your continued support, Wags to Wishes was able to step in and help keep them all togetherā€”safe, healthy, and home.

These are the quiet, powerful moments that remind us why we do what we do. Because every pet deserves their person. And every child deserves to grow up with their best friend by their side.

Wags to Wishes is proud to sponsor Bella as she searches for her forever family. While her foster parents have done an incredible job caring for her, itā€™s becoming increasingly difficult to meet her needs alongside their other dogs. Bella deserves a home where she can be the center of attention and truly thrive.

As part of our commitment to her well-being, we will be fully vetting any interested adopters. This includes confirmation of an established veterinarian, three personal references, and a home visit to ensure Bellaā€™s next chapter is her best one yet.

My name is Bella, and my foster parents describe me as a dog with a big heart, albeit often misunderstood due to my appearance. I may be a beauty with rough edges, but those imperfections stem from a challenging past. My current foster family rescued me from an environment where I was left in the scorching sun, simply because my natural snarl was not appreciated by my previous owners. Itā€™s something I was born with, and it certainly isnā€™t my fault.

While my foster parents shower me with love and care, they are finding it increasingly difficult to manage my needs alongside their other dogs. All I truly desire is a family who will cherish me for who I am. I understand that I may not be the best fit for homes with cats, and small dogs often donā€™t seem to like me either. However, I believe that if my new family has a dog similar to me, I could form a wonderful bond with my new brother or sister.

I have a fondness for ball toys, but treats are my absolute favorite since I love to eat. Iā€™m not particularly fond of exercise as I tire easily; instead, I prefer to sleep, eat, and snuggle. While Iā€™m uncertain of how I would interact with children, I believe I would thrive best in a home with a single owner or a couple who can appreciate my companionship.

I donā€™t snore, but I do tend to make a snarly sound when Iā€™m excited. As a healthy, chubby English Bulldog, all I seek is love and attention whenever possible.
