I want to thank the Bandon Chamber of Commerce for the wonderful event this weekend! “79th Bandon Cranberry Festival”

It was such a good time, the staff, volunteers and over night security…just fantastic. The endless work that goes into events like this was very much appreciated!!

Great selection of vendors, food and music loved it all. Then the local downtown shops, restaurants, arcade and taverns!

The support from the locals and visitors that supported all, were so fun and engaging.

Again a BIG THANK YOU….I can hardly wait for next year.

So excited tonight, Terin Gibbons of Terin’s Sourdough and Sweets was a winner for her AMAZING Orange Cranberry Sourdough bread in the Bandon Cranberry Kitchen Contest, 79 years and the biggest Festival on the Oregon Coast.

I am beyond proud of her and smiling from ear to ear. She was on mommy duty tonight at her sons soccer game and baking for Grants Pass VFW market tomorrow ….so I had the privilege of excepting her award and flowers, for her.

Proctor Farms is in Bandon for the Weekend Festivities…The Cranberry Festival 79 years strong, in one of my favorite sea side towns.

Proctor Farms will be at the Grants Pass Growers Market with baked banana, lemon poppy seed and zucchini muffins. More of that wonderful carrots cake, and a gravenstein apple butter scotch oatmeal trifle.
I will 6 fresh fruit green teas, along with all your favorite frozen fruit lemonades.
New batches of fruit shrubs just bottled and ready! The garden is on over time and so am I making pesto, hummus and fruit salsa. Bottling up fresh herbs. I have canned up some delicious sweet pickle relish and pickled beets along with all the jams. Getting summer in a jar. I just did another batch of pickled carrots. Stop by thr booth, lots to sample.

I will be there new this week gluten free pasta salad, fresh fruit green tea.

Then all my regular fruit cobblers, carrot cake, fresh fruit jams, also my 4 award winning boozy jams to elevate your smoked meats or to add to your charcuterie boards, along with hummus varieties , pesto varities, fruit & corn salsa, spicy pickled carrots, and everyones favorite 7 fresh fruit lemonades and 7 fruit shrubs concentrate’s to make your own probiotic soda, mocktail or cocktails. I am also stocked up on fresh dried herbs, herb vinegar, Madagascar vanilla extract and paste. I will also have a new batch of uncrystallized ginger. Stop by the booth to see what I am sampling.
