The Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center in Camden County will waive adoption fees for animals at the shelter on Saturday, Aug. 17.

The drive for the Animal Welfare Association was a success! Thank you to everyone who donated. I would also like to thank PODS for allowing us to use one of their PODS free of charge! My office RE/MAX Preferred of Mullica Hill, Sewell, Marlton and RE/MAX of Cherry Hill for coming together and making this event such a great success. The folks at the AWA said all of the donations were amazing and will help many animals! Can't wait to see how we do next year.

We are getting down to the wire! The pod will go to the AWA on the 30th of this month. I can pick stuff up if you like. Here are some things they could use right away!
Towels, Wash Cloths, and Non-Fitted Bedsheets
KMR (Kitten Milk Replacer)
Kitten Bottles
Rabbit Food
Timothy Hay
Small Ziploc Baggies
Paper Plates for Canned Cat Food
Liquid Hand Sanitizer (that doesn’t need to be rinsed off with water)

A few years ago, my wife and I adopted a dog from the AWA. The people were great and so was our experience. I learned that they are 100% dependent on donations. For that reason, I suggested to my team and our company that we hold this event. From now till the 28th of February, our goal is to fill a POD with everything the AWA needs. Within the coming weeks, you will hear from me asking for a small donation to help these animals in need. Soon we will announce specific drop off days that you can stop by my office and help fill the POD personally. If you can't make it to my office, I will personally stop by and pick up anything you would like to donate.
