I can’t help getting attached to the cats I take care of. Even more so for the senior cats. I’m not sure how old Gypsy is but I’ve been watching her for a few years. She is such a sweet girl! She loves being petted and purrs like a kitten. 😻

This has been a sad time for me and my family. We had to say goodbye to our beloved Rex last week. He’s the beautiful white cat in my cover photo. He was only 10 but had dealt with heart disease for 5 years. With the help of our regular vet and a cardiologist, we were able to do everything we could to help him. I’m so grateful for the time we had with him but I miss him so much. He was very special to us.

I’m happy to announce my rescue kittens have been adopted and are doing well in their new homes!

My friend at Feral Cat Care of Mount Pleasant helped me and covered spay/neuter and first vaccines. Since many shops are closed and people are staying home, she is not getting the donations she relies on to provide food to those feeding feral cats. She also provides medical services to stray and feral cats in need.
