Meet Lilly: The Best of Both Worlds! �Adventure buddy by day, snuggle bug by night; Lilly is ready to be your loyal sidekick for every moment in between. She is a 7 year old Lab mix that we rescued from the euthanasia list at an overcrowded city shelter and now she's soaking up every moment with tail wags and endless kisses. 🐶💕

Lilly is house and crate trained and LOVES walks, playing with her toys and chasing tennis balls in the yard. She is cat experienced, dog friendly and a total velcro dog. She may be an older girl, but she still has plenty of pep in her step while knowing how ti chill. She would thrive in a moderately active home with a yard, a cozy couch, and humans who want a loyal shadow by their side. She really is the whole package!📦

Akira is a 5 year old staffie mix that's ready to snuggle her way into your heart and home🏡 Dogs like Akira (black dog syndrome😢) often spend a long time in rescue before finding their forever; and unfortunately Akira is no different. Please share her in hopes of this reaching her person!

She is ALL about playtime, walks, and of course snacks! She is a smart, high energy girl that would love an active family that can provide her with plenty of exercise and enrichment. She is potty trained, crate trained, and needs someone that can help her with her leash manners.

It can take her some time to warm up to new people, but once you're in her circle, you're in for life! She has done well with other dogs and could really benefit from a well-balanced pup friend to help her feel more secure. She has done great with older, dog savvy kiddos in her foster home as well! 💕

Have a couch that feels a little too big or a little too empty? Consider adopting your very own house hippo!

Genesis is a five year old, spayed, pit bull mix who is eager to live her true life as a loved and spoiled house hippo! But don’t worry, she’s 50 pounds so she’s the perfect size for a cuddle buddy.

She’s full of love and ready to make new friends everywhere she goes. All the volunteers who met her, fell in love with her sweet personality.

While she enjoys playing with dog friends, she doesn’t need a lot of exercise. Her preferred lifestyle is pats, cuddles, and plenty of sunbathing.

She has done well with kids previously but as a safety precaution (for everyone involved!) we recommend older kids or kids who understand dog body language and communication. She has shown no resource guarding with humans.

She’d be happy to live with or without dogs. If she has any canine housemates, she would prefer to dine alone.

Welcome home, Sipho (now Riley)🏡

Sipho was found as a stray and brought in the shelter in Houston, TX a few months back. He then hit the euthanasia list and his finder knew she had to help and agreed to foster him so we could save him! 💕

Thanks to his wonderful, committed foster, Sipho was able to find his forever with a loving family in Ohio. After the sweetest adoption celebration (with dog friendly snacks🍝), Sipho officially arrived home last week. He now has a big backyard to play in, and is LOVING life with his new brother, Henry! They have joined the neighborhood watch 👮

Meet Toblerone! He is a 6 month old border collie mix whose name is as sweet as him. He is currently weighing in around 50 pounds and will likely be a big boy!

Toblerone is playful, smart, gentle with kids, great with other dogs and a total cuddle bug when it’s time to wind down. He would do well with an active family that is committed to the training and socialization it takes to make a well rounded pup💕

Meet Pearl 🦪

Pearl is another incredible dog we rescued from the streets of Cleveland, TX. She was emaciated and appeared to have recently had puppies. We later found out that Pearl was abandoned by her owner and they kept her puppies, only to abandon them weeks later in horrible condition. The entire family is safe with us, stay tuned for an update on her puppies💟

Pearl has since been adjusting wonderfully in her foster home! She loves (much needed) snacks, playing with her foster siblings and snuggling up on the couch with her foster mom and kiddos.

She can’t wait to find her forever home! 🏡

Remember Neegan? He needs a new foster!

Neegan is a 3 year old 70lb big baby! He was rescued from the shelter in San Antonio in pretty rough condition. His injuries were devastating; exposed bone on his mouth, bite wounds on all four of his legs, skin infection and a banged up tail❤️‍🩹

This guy looks like a whole different pup after a couple months of love and care 💕 He now loves to hang out with his foster family (and kiddos!) and play with his toys in the backyard. He is potty trained, crate trained and walks great on leash!

Neegan hasn’t played much with other dogs and would do best with slow introductions. He has done well with feline friends in his foster homes and would love a house with a backyard and children 10+. He should be fed separately from resident animals.

His foster is relocating out of state and he is in need of a new foster home or foster to adopt🏡 Could that be you?
