Pup of the Week: Henry 💜

This handsome giant schnoodle just had his first ever groom with me completely off sedation — and he crushed it! 🙌

Henry usually gets very anxious after grooming and even gets sick to his stomach for a few days afterwards, so we’ve been slowly working with his dad to ease him off medication and build his confidence. This was his 8th groom with me since March, and he was finally ready to do the full session without any meds.

He sniffed every step like it was his first time on the table and when he got a little fussy, he looked at me like, “I’m so sorry, I just got nervous,” then calmly let me continue. 🥹

So proud of you, Henry. You’ve come such a long way. 💪🐾

Here's to furthering my education!

We as groomers are always needing to learn in order to keep up with trends, get certified and simply get better.

I'm happy to say I will be competing tomorrow in the Rocky Mountain Groom Expo! It will be my first competition but I have wanted to do this for over a decade! Wish me luck!

So thankful to the wonderful people who trust me with their baby. It's such a blessing to do what you love everyday. Give me some shears and a good playlist and I will be living my dream. 🥰
