A little late to the game! I recently began my military service so I am no longer in charge of the park and it’s operations. Thank you for your continued support and I hope the park is being enjoyed by the community. If there are any concerns or issues with the park, I recommend bringing them to the attention of our amazing Borough Council. Please feel free to take photos of your dogs at park and post them to this page!

Good evening! I will be hosting a community day at the dog park site to begin prepping the area for the park installation on Saturday, June 6th at 11:00 AM. If you are able to bring some of your own supplies, please do.
Please comment or message me if you plan to attend! The address is 41 Mill street in Montoursville.

Prepping will include:

W**d whacking
Pulling weeds
Clearing brush
trimming trees
Any other cleanup necessary

Please wear a mask if possible, in order to protect those around us. I recommend wearing long pants and gardening gloves.

Good news everyone!! I presented the final outline and details of the park to the Borough Council last night and I have the OK to move forward. I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and every single contribution, wether it has been a comment or a share, donated money, or participation in a fundraiser. This project would not have been possible without the support of my community.

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. I have been debating what I want to say in this post. I was hoping to have the dog park installed in June, and that is a goal I am still shooting for. However, I am a senior this year, and in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, my fundraising options have been limited. I would love some feedback from the community. I would like to continue some fundraising, however I also want to be sensitive to this difficult time, where many individuals and businesses are financially struggling. What are your thoughts? What are some fundraising ideas that you guys may have? Thank you for your support and please stay safe.
