Congratulations to for their success down at the Sussex All Region ECRRA Show at the NJ State Fair 🥳

There were a ton of deep classes and the crew brought the heat 🔥 I was blessed to coach 8 clients who claimed class wins, top 3, top 5, top 10 placings, as well as day end champ & reserve champ in stiff competition.

I was so proud of everyone's improvement, experiences, comraderie, and horsemanship throughout the day ... that's the stuff that truly matters 🫶

Onto the next!🙌❤️

Yesterday, a bunch of riders from the Top Hand crew were off to another show at Skyline Corral, Inc. performing in the ranch horse classes and had an absolutely lovely and successful day!

I was also happy to bring along a client's 3 year old filly to her first show and pop her in the green ranch where she took her first blue ribbon 🎖 she was saintly all day long.

The best part of the day was watching each of my clients find success, not just through ribbons and placings, but accomplishing their own individual goals for themselves and their horses.

The thing about horse showing is that we have no idea what someone struggled with the night before, weeks before, etc. and to me, being in the pen at all is an accomplishment and I am so proud! 🫶

Now onto NERHA's ARHA show this weekend! 🥳

It's been crazyyyyy busy around here and updates aren't making it to the page because of it, but:

Thank you to Tioga Co 4H for asking me out last Friday to chat about all things Ranch and give a presentation about bodywork & a stretching demo. It was so great working with you all and I loved receiving messages after with the kids practicing the stretches on their own horses and ponies!❤️

As a coach, instructor, trainer - my goal is always to see my clients find success in the show day/weekend. Not via blue ribbons, but by achieving goals we've established, making improvements needed, having a positive mindset, great comraderie and sportsmanship.

"𝑂𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑞𝑢𝑖𝑡 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔, 𝑦𝑜𝑢'𝑙𝑙 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑧𝑒 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑓𝑢𝑛 𝑖𝑡 𝑖𝑠." -quote of the day

8 riders from the Top Hand crew headed down to the Sussex County Full Slate ECRRA Show and did just that - enjoyed the ride.

We shared many laughs, great improvements, and lots of success in the weekend.

In deep classes and great competition, the crew also pulled a bunch of top 10, top 5, top 3 and CLASS WINS, as well as day end Grand and Reserve Championships.

They did that by putting in the time, but also just enjoying the day.🩵

This is just the start of show season and I am already so gosh darn proud of ALL of them.

Onto Skyline Corral today to watch 4 more compete and enjoy the ride. Blessed is an understatement 🫶

🎶 These are a few of my favorite things 🎶

✅️ Personal horse transitioning into the lesson program and taking care of his riders

✅️ Rider learning to feel different types of broke horses, gaining confidence in the lope, and even doing unintentional flying changes while figuring out the buttons 🤣🩵

Our Story

Abigail's love for horses began at the young age of three when her older sister got her first miniature horse. She and her three older sisters all continued owning, riding, showing, and gaining knowledge with horses. Abigail continued by showing IHSA in college as well as receiving a degree in Business with a minor in Equestrian Studies. When Abigail first saw massage used on her equine athletes and its benefits, she knew she wanted to become certified. Abigail attended school through Midwest Natural Healing for Animals, following the Amassage method developed by Beverly Brady. This school provides much more than just massage techniques: she learned in-depth biomechanics, causes of pain, hoof & dental information, saddle fit and placement, rehab strategies, the ability to eyeball a horse and identify issues before even massaging, and so much more. She plans to immediately move on to become certified in Myofascial Release & Cranial Sacral Therapy. Abigail will continue to add more to her available services in order to keep her equine clients feeling their very best.
